Our choir’s mission at Emanuel is to lead the congregation in lifting their voice in song to the glory of God. Secondarily, the choir prepares special music including anthems and cantatas to uplift the spirit and underscore the lectionary appointed for that Sunday. The choir is also a marvelous outlet for fellowship. We welcome anyone who loves to sing even if you cannot read music. We only ask that you be able to attend most rehearsals during the season on Wednesday evenings at 4:30 pm and be able to sing most Sundays at the 9 am service.
